The recorded duration of each lesson TutorTracer analyses. A 45-minute lesson is 0.75 hours.
Automatically, by the number of lessons in the calendar month: up to 500 is Starter, 501 to 2,500 is Pro, and above 2,500 is Scale. Every lesson hour that month is billed at that tier's rate.

TutorTracer's fees don't include anything your lesson platform charges. For example, Lessonspace needs transcription switched on for lessons to be analysed, and Lessonspace may charge for that.
Prices are set in US dollars. The Billing page can show approximate amounts in other currencies. For an invoice in another currency, talk to us about an Enterprise agreement.
